Established in 2019, a distinguished International Baccalaureate® (IB) World School located in the vibrant city of Doha, Qatar. As an accredited IB institution, EGA offers the Primary Years Programme (PYP) and Middle Years Programme (MYP), with a strong focus on Arabic language and cultural studies. A Campus Designed for Excellence
our school’s state-of-the-art campus spans 60,000 square meters in the Al-Kheesa area, north of Doha. The campus features five modern buildings, including separate facilities for boys and girls, ensuring a comfortable and focused learning environment. With an approved capacity of 5,000 students by the Ministry of Education, We currently serve 1,860 students, 95% of whom are Qatari nationals, reflecting the academy’s strong local roots and commitment to the community.

Since its inception, our school has experienced remarkable growth, evolving from 367 students in 2019 to 1,860 students in 2024. A Unique Curriculum Blending Global and Local Perspectives
our school offers a unique educational experience by integrating the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum with the Canadian Ontario and Qatari Arabic programs. This blend ensures students receive a globally recognized education while maintaining a strong connection to their cultural heritage. The IB curriculum, taught in English, emphasizes inquiry-based learning, creativity, and critical thinking, while the Arabic Department curriculum, taught in Arabic, reinforces students’ linguistic and cultural identity.
Accreditation and Recognition
we are proud to be an IB PYP-accredited and MYP Candidate School, as well as a member of the Council of International Schools (CIS). Additionally, the academy is accredited by the Qatar National School Accreditation (QNSA), enabling it to provide a QAR 28,000 education voucher for each eligible Qatari student.
